1. The Membership. The Diamond Membership is a 12-month health, fitness and wellness coaching program by Pain Free Club that includes the live sessions, coaching, community and educational resources described on this page. Access is provided to the enrolled member for the duration of the membership.
2. Fees & Payment. The membership fee is ₹1,50,000 (special price; regular price ₹1,80,000) for the 12-month term. A reservation deposit of ₹20,000 confirms your place, with the balance payable within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of enrolment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
3. Refund Policy. As your membership, personalised planning and dedicated team resources are set aside for you from the start of your journey, all payments, including the reservation deposit, are non-refundable.
4. Nature of the Program. The Diamond Membership is a doctor-led wellness and coaching program intended for education, guidance and support. It is not a medical treatment and is not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment or ongoing care of your personal physician. Please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition routine, particularly if you have an existing medical condition.
5. Individual Results. Every person's body and journey are different. Outcomes vary from one individual to another, and no specific health or fitness result is promised or guaranteed.
6. Personal & Non-transferable. The membership and all program content are for the enrolled member's personal use and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
